HISTORY

Before our prayers were held at our current location, the Friday prayers were generously held in Dr. Mohammad Fazil’s modestly furnished basement. Because of his and his family’s efforts towards providing a space for local Muslims in the Cowichan Valley, the Cowichan Valley Islamic Society has been inspired to serve our community beyond Friday and Taraweeh prayers.
